Our shared charters are guaranteed to depart once there are 6 confirmed guests. Although at the time of your reservation we may not have the minimum number of guests, once we have your confirmation and deposit we will begin organizing a tour for your preferred date or another date during your stay on the island. We will liaise with you by phone or email and keep you informed of progress until we have confirmed the date and time of the charter. Of course, we will try and minimize inconvenience, but occasionally our confirmation may not be until the day before.
In the event that we are unable to offer you a shared charter, day or sunset, during the period of your stay or bad weather interferes with our plans, we can refund you in full or provide a store credit/gift voucher to use in the future. If you change your mind about accepting a shared charter less than 30 days before the proposed charter date, or on any date during your stay, for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded.
